Crafters and Crafting: Knit portal companion cube. Fun first project

Well, I wanted to learn how to knit and finally came across a project that got me motivated enough to learn. My goal was to see how knittable pixel art projects might be (short answer: yes if you adjust the proportions) and have a lot of patience.
I experimented with both 'fair isle' and 'intarsia' style knitting a bit, and ended up with a cube that has at least /one/ good side to it :) If i made a second one, id be smarter and knit it as one large section instead of separate pieces.
I hope you guys get a kick out of this as much as i do :)

Thats so wonderful! The fact that the design is pixelated makes my heart smile with joy! (adores pixelated objects) I once tryed to make something Knitted.... I dont think I have the meltal copacity to finish that type of work TToTT

O_O I just looked at VG cats, an online comic, and theres a comic with a baby in it and above the baby theres a thing that has four cubes JUST LIKE THIS ONE @__________X Imma so curiouse if its on purpose or not! So nifty!

ima gonna make one! hmmmmm i dont now how to knit...................................ill get around it somehow...
