Pattern and Project Help: HOW IN THE WORLD can I make a customized bodice/top pattern???

Hello! I'm Maya, and this is my first ever post to this forum. I'm usually an upcylcing, thrifting, refashioning maniac, but this year I wanted to make a witch-y dress (I'm Tonks from Harry Potter) for my Halloween costume without using a top I found in the bottom of my closet or at Goodwill.

I thought if I could figure out how to make the pattern for this costume, I could use it over and over again in future projects and it would always fit. I was determined not to take the easy way out and just buy a stretchy tank top and be done with it.

So I found this tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_R-q1zW0PZI&feature=PlayList&p=9CE16773B65E8B21), which includes instructions on how to make a basic top pattern that fits your body, and I tried it out. I even tried making alternations to the pattern to try and make it fit better... but nothing I tried worked!

The problem is I have a weird body type. (I know, I know, everyone does, right?)
My problem is that I'm a short, average/medium sized woman, but my ribcage is the same size and my waist, and my bust is ENORMOUS.

What I need is a really good, in depth tutorial on how to make a personalized bodice/top pattern. (Not just a personalized top! I want a pattern I can reuse.)

Can anyone help me??? Please??????
